By accessing florya.co, purchasing care plans, or utilizing our veterinary services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The educational content, blog articles, and wellness guides provided on this website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute direct veterinary medical diagnosis or emergency advice. Always bring your pet for an in-person clinical evaluation for definitive medical care.

• Arrival & Preparation: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled consultation. Dogs must be on a secure leash and cats must be transported in a safe pet carrier. • Rescheduling & Cancellation: We request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment rescheduling or cancellations to allow other patients to receive timely care. • Emergency Prioritization: While we respect all scheduled appointments, critical trauma and life-threatening medical emergencies will receive immediate clinical priority.

• Owner Consent: Surgical interventions, general anesthesia, dental extractions, and diagnostic sedations require written or digital informed consent from the registered owner or authorized guardian. • Emergency Triage: In life-threatening emergencies where the owner cannot be reached immediately, our veterinary team is authorized to administer necessary life-saving stabilization care.

• Prescription Validity: Prescription-only veterinary medications are dispensed solely pursuant to an active, valid veterinary prescription issued after clinical examination. • Medication Returns: In accordance with Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) safety guidelines and pharmaceutical standards, medications and temperature-sensitive biologicals cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed.

• Fee Transparency: Detailed estimates are provided for surgeries and advanced diagnostics prior to treatment. • Care Plan Subscriptions: Florya Care Plans represent preventive wellness programs and are non-transferable between pets. Monthly plans require a 12-month commitment. Plan benefits must be utilized within the active membership year. • Payment Methods: We accept Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and approved local installment payment partners.

All content on florya.co, including trademarks, brand typography, graphics, photography, educational materials, and software interfaces, is the exclusive intellectual property of Florya Veterinary Clinics and is protected under the copyright and trademark laws of Saudi Arabia.

These Terms and any dispute arising from clinical services or website usage shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jeddah / Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
